About Me:
I'm an artist and my medium at the moment is acrylics. I
arrived in Noblesville in 2005. Bought a Victorian house near downtown and have been remodeling it since I arrived. I have a fabulouse 624 sq ft studio with lots of light. I joined the HCAA < Hamiliton County Art Assoc. and am the publicity person for the group. The art group have moved into an old church that was going to be torn down and all the artists donated their time and labor into remodeling the inside. which is now a beautiful gallery. It is located at 195 S. 5th St. Noblesville, Ind. (corner of 5th and Cherry) We have been closed for 2 months and are opening on March 7th with a new show and art reception from 5 til 10.

My favorite things to paint are houses, people, neighborhoods and people performing the ordinary daily chores in life. I think you'd call my style impressionistic. Lots of color.

November of 2007 I had a show at the Artists Vineyard in downtown Noblesville. It was a huge success and I sold 5 paintings and was commissioned to paint two paintings.

I have two cats, Gigi and Tommy both are black and white and totally different personalities.

It would be nice to meet a man near my age who is intelligent and fun and could enjoy art, movies, politics, football on t.v. and has lots of energy. He'd need it to keep up with me. I also love to spend hours at Barnes and Noble. If you can find it at the library check out last Fridays Ledger newspaper, I'm on the front cover with a story about myself and the Hamilton County Art Assoc.

Thanks I was wondering about that. I thought maybe my branches on my trees might be a little too dark. I will fix them, hoping to get it right. Thank you for your help I am glad that you think the painting recedes back in the background. That is what I was going for.

Lori, Driving in the town of Fishers right now is a nightmare. I have to get from one end of town to the other with all this construction going on!! Other than that the kids are real nice kids. Hope to paint tomorrow, I lost my midday route for now. By the end of the week things will have calmed down.

Lori,
School for us starts tomorrow, I leave the house at 6am. Then I got a midday route it starts at 11am then I don't get done till almost 1pm. Then I finish up the rest just a little bit later. I 'll try to make time to paint in between shifts. Sometimes I just hate the split shift it feels more like your working 10hrs a day than 4 1/2hrs. By the way I cut out your painting in the paper and saved it, I really like that painting.

Lori, You said time myself, you mean how long it takes to do one? That painting took me 2 hours. I want to paint again tomorrow. I have to think about a different subject. I thought I'll try the still life in oils so you can see the texture. Then I'll try it in acrylic next time. Change the subject, I think you are such a wounderful person. I am glad I met you. Thanks for all your help.

Lori,
That Western Flair was hard, I thought this is going to be a breeze. Was I ever wrong, I haven't painted with oils for a very long time. It was fun just playing around, and I have never done a still life before. Thank you so much for the encouragement. It means a lot that someone has faith in you.

LOL, thanks I'm working on it. I like your artwork too. I like the little blonde girl with the surprized look on her face. Wow, your good.

Employment Listing Services

Have you inspected an employment listing website that left you totally unfulfilled? I found immediately that there are employment websites that are totally lacking. A leading flaw that I have seen on multiple sites is that they include so many outdated posts that it makes it trying to direct your search. I don’t want to [...]

3D Scanning Technology

There are multiple practical uses for the work of reverse engineering. This engineering science has been applied to replicate thousands of different items from vital constituents of a bridge to old car parts. Reverse engineering has improved many individual industries and the velocity in which they are fit to operate. It is much easier to [...]

How to Get Free Coke Reward Points

This is probably the easiest way to get free Coke Reward Points that you’re likely to find on the web.  All you have to do is sign up at the free auction site Listia.  When you sign up, they give you 100 points to spend on whatever you want.  You don’t have to spend a [...]

Listia: What if Craigslist and Ebay had a baby together?

If Craigslist and Ebay had a bastard child, it would probably look something like Listia.com.  The site allows you to auction off your old junk for “free” and then use the points others bid on your items to buy their “junk” in return.  As one man’s junk is another man’s treasure, it’s easy to come [...]
