George There are some sweet deals among all this doom and gloom

Believe it or not there is some positive news scattered in with the doom and gloom. The AP just reported that new home sales rose by 2.7% according to the most recent Commerce Department report. And the National Association of Realtor's issued a report stating existing home sales were also up over 5% in October.
